3. No Discounts Post-Confirmation

10. Requesting Drafts

If your order is not under an urgent timeline (3–48 hours), you may request a draft delivery to track progress or suggest changes midway.

Guaranteed Satisfaction

Dissertation Editors stands by the quality of our services. However, we do not guarantee zero plagiarism in orders placed solely for editing, proofreading, or formatting, as we are not responsible for original content we did not write.
Clients have the right to cancel an order at any stage before completion, but charges may apply depending on the progress.
To request a refund, clients must send a written request through messages or emails.
We offer partial refunds if the client is dissatisfied with the quality of work, but we reserve the right to investigate and either approve or reject the refund based on the findings.
In the case of false claims, the company maintains full authority to decline the refund.
Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the final delivery. We will not accept any refund requests submitted after this period.
Once a refund request is filed, the client forfeits the right to use any part of the delivered material. If found using the content afterward, legal action may be taken.

Promotional Materials

We may contact clients with updates about new services, offers, or discounts as part of our marketing messages strategy.
If a client does not wish to receive promotional materials, they can easily contact us and request to opt out.

Amendments
